Tell us what you’d like help with. Your request comes to Michaela for a personal review and fixed quote; it does not reserve or confirm an appointment. A 20% deposit secures an approved appointment; the remaining balance is normally paid in cash before cleaning begins unless another arrangement is specifically agreed and recorded.

No weekend appointments. A five-hour clean uses the full working day and closes that date to further bookings.
