Kitchen and bathroom detail
Grease, soap residue and limescale are approached with surface-suitable products. Inside appliances and cupboards are listed separately when required.
Condition-led quoting
Property size, furnishing, build-up, parking, access and requested extras shape the fixed total. Photos or a survey reduce surprises on the day.
Completion record
The post-clean Haus Report records completed work and notes visible faults, pre-existing damage or tasks that could not safely be completed.

End-of-tenancy work is different from a standard home clean: the scope is wider, the property may be empty and a landlord or inventory may set specific expectations. Lémonhaus turns those expectations into one written checklist before the booking is secured.
Because appointments run Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 14:30, larger Reading properties may be scheduled with two cleaners or across more than one weekday. The quote explains that visit plan in advance rather than promising an impossible single-day finish.

A 20% deposit secures an approved appointment. The balance is due before cleaning begins on the day.
- 04Receive your Haus Report
After the clean, your job sheet records completed work plus any fault, damage or useful note observed.

Do you guarantee my deposit will be returned?
No cleaning company can guarantee a landlord or agent's decision. Lémonhaus completes the agreed scope carefully and provides a Haus Report, but property condition and tenancy decisions remain outside our control.
Can keys be held for an empty property?
Key holding is available only by prior agreement under the Lémonhaus key policy. Keys are coded without the full address, stored securely and every handover is logged.
Are carpets professionally extracted?
No. Vacuuming can be included, but carpet extraction is not currently offered. Please arrange a specialist separately when the inventory requires it.
